Bookings
- All bookings require confirmation & are subject to vehicle availability
- We can not guarantee any booking made online with short time notice. Online bookings made after 22:00 (10pm) AWST are viewed for placement the following morning from 06:00 (6am) AWST.
- Bookings can only be made by an adult over 18 years of age
Payment
- Credit Card: Amex, Visa & Mastercard
A credit card is required as payment / security for all bookings. In the circumstances described in these terms and conditions in which we may charge a customer despite the relevant service not having completed as scheduled (including any ‘no shows’) the credit card will be charged for the full cost of the booking and for any additional amounts outlined by these terms and conditions. No surcharge for credit card payments
Extended Hires
Minimum hire is 2 hours
Once you commit to a certain number of hours per day you are locked in for those hours.
If you release your driver early you will still be billed for the total amount of hours booked.
Charges commence from time of departure from Perth CBD (base) to pick up location and thru to drop off all passengers inclusive and return to base. Additional time after first 2 hours is charged in 15 minute increments, at the applicable vehicle hourly rate.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Airport Transfers & Point to Point transfers
- More than 2 hours notice before the arranged collection time – full refund / no charge
- Less than 2 hours notice before the arranged collection time – no refund, full transfer charges apply
Extended Hires
- More than 24 hours notice before the arranged collection time – full refund / no charge
- Less than 24 hours notice before the arranged collection time – no refund, full transfer charges apply
Waiting Time & Charges
Each scheduled pickup includes a courtesy waiting period as outlined below.
- Residential / Hotel or office locations pickups – 10 mins from the scheduled pickup time.
- Airport pickups (meet & greet) – Domestic & Regional 20 mins $10.00 | International 30 mins $20.00
- Train stations pickups – $10.00 for 10 mins from the scheduled pickup time.
- Fremantle Passenger Terminal pickups – $20.00 for 30 mins from the scheduled pickup time.
- Airport parking fee: from $5.00*
- Extra pickup / set down: $10.00* per stop
- Baby seats – $10.00 per seat
- New years eve: 100% surcharge
- Late Night / Early Morning (22:00 to 05:00): 20% surcharge
- Public Holidays: 20% surcharge
- Credit cards: 0% (Amex, Visa & Mastercard)
PCS will charge for waiting time following expiry of the applicable courtesy waiting period. Charged per 10 min or part there-off at the applicable vehicle hourly rate.
No Show Policy
If the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point and fails to contact us following applicable wait time it will be considered a no show. no refund, full transfer charges apply plus wait time where applicable.
Alterations to Pre-Bookings
The cost of the vehicle hire is guaranteed providing that the payment schedule for the hire is adhered to and the original structure of the hire is not altered. If you need to make a change to your booking after we have issued a booking confirmation we will do our best to help you, however if the change or changes alter the structure of the booking/hire/services, charges will be made accordingly where applicable. We will take into consideration reasons beyond your control if you have to change your travel itinerary with us and of course we will make every effort to accommodate this.
Multiple Pickup / Set Down
A charge of $10.00 is applicable for any extra pickup / set down required en route. Maximum time allowed is 10 minutes. If extra pickup / set down are not en route or take longer than 10 minutes additional charges will apply.
On Time
PCS will take every reasonable safeguard to achieve an on time service, however in the unlikely event of our drivers being late due to circumstances howsoever caused, no liability will be accepted by PCS. We shall not be liable for any loss or delay caused as a result of the following: strike action, industrial disputes, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or the threat of war, terrorism, fire, flood, and technical/weather problems with airlines or ferry /ship operators, weather conditions or any other event beyond our control.
Vehicle Usage
We permit the use of our vehicles anywhere within our area of operation provided it is a sealed road. Use of any vehicle on a non-sealed road is not available. This includes Concerts, events, weddings etc where access is leaves a sealed road.
Chauffeur Accommodation
If it is necessary for our chauffeurs to have overnight accommodation this will be charged at the applicable available rate per night.
Parking Fees
Car parking and any event entrance fees will be charged at cost.
Soiling or Damage to Vehicle
Passengers are responsible for any damage or soiling they cause to the interior and or exterior of the hired vehicle whilst on hire to them, and will be charged accordingly for any repair or detailing required to restore the vehicle to its condition at the commencement of the hiring. We reserve the right to terminate the booking and evict passengers from the vehicle. No refund will apply. For incidents involving soiling of the vehicle due to body fluids a $500.00 cleaning fee applies.
Alcohol & Food
Alcohol or food may not be consumed in the vehicle. PCS and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).
Smoking
Smoking inside the vehicle is not permitted at anytime.
Pets
No pets are permitted in vehicles.

Customer Safety
Our drivers will at all times drive at safe and sensible speeds as in accordance with legal speed limits, traffic and current road conditions and further more the driver reserves the right to deny access to a venue that they feel may put the passengers and vehicle in an unsafe situation. All travel must be on sealed roads only.
Child Seats
We can provide a child seat for your transfer. Please be very clear about this requirement and specify the age of the child at the time of booking. Please note that PCS can only arrange for one child seat to be fitted to each sedan vehicle. If more than one child seat is required, additional sedan vehicle(s) will need to be organised. Vehicles with child seats may be more difficult to source on short notice, so clients are encouraged to book as far in advance as possible.
If a booking is made without a confirmed child seat and on pickup a child requiring such a seat is amongst the customer’s group, the driver must refuse the job and will contact our office. The client will be charged the full fee for the transfer. We do not transport a child without an approved child seat.
Seat Belts
It is compulsory by law that all passengers wear seat belts at all times when the vehicle is in motion. Any fines relating to seat belts not being worn will be paid for by the originator of the booking.
Insurance
We are insured for passenger travel. This insurance is for public liability and NOT travel insurance. Although every effort will be made to ensure the safe keeping of personal property, we do not accept liability for the loss of personal items. Please check that you have sufficient coverage for any personal property that you bring onto our vehicles.
Lost & Found
We shall try to deliver any items left in the vehicle back to the hirer at their expense or they may be collected from our office. We cannot be held responsible for any personal items left in the vehicles during or after hire.
Inappropriate Behaviour
Clients/Passengers acting in an anti-social manner, causing unwarranted distraction to the driver or generally causing concerns regarding safety will be asked to leave the vehicle and seek alternative transport to their destination. No refund will be offered in these circumstances.
Tours
Please note any persons purchasing any goods outside of tour entitlements, such as wine, food, art etc, are responsible for the paying of such goods.
Overtime Rates
If a hire exceeds the finish time as agreed at the time of booking, overtime rates will apply and will be charged accordingly. Please note: Overtime will be at the discretion of the chauffeur ensuring this does not conflict with prior booked commitments.
Gratuity
PCS does not charge any gratuities to clients. Tips can be given to the driver upon the customer’s discretion.
Disclaimer
We do not accept responsibility for injury, sickness or death of account holder, or passengers, except where such death, injury or sickness is caused by an employee of PCS.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend our Terms and Conditions. Amended terms and conditions will appear on our website as they are made.
